Become a key player at SmartCentres as a Land Development Specialist. Support land development initiatives, working closely with the Director to enhance project outcomes.
This role focuses on coordinating various aspects of development, necessitating strong organizational and communication skills to manage tasks effectively. You will assist in preparing the necessary documents for planning permissions, liaising with multiple departments, and tracking project statuses to ensure timely delivery. Your attention to detail will help maintain effective workflow and project reporting.
