- Proven track record leading reconciliation platform implementations in capital markets.
- Expert in rules configuration, exception workflows, and data feed architecture.
- Solid experience in trade, cash, and finance reconciliation across multiple systems.
- Strong SQL and database skills; familiar with large-scale platform transformations.
- Leads technical design, system consolidation, and performance optimization.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders, operations, and tech teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
