Job Description
Ruijie Networks is looking for an SME Channel Sales Engineer to enable channel partners and sales teams on networking products, solutions and go-to-market tools. The role combines pre‑sales support, partner enablement, solution localization and market feedback.
Responsibilities
- Provide channel partner enablement training to sales teams and partners on networking products, solutions and marketing tools.
- Enable partner sales engineers to independently support SME projects.
- Develop localized sales tools and marketing materials to support sales and partners.
- Support local marketing pilots and landing of global marketing activities.
- Analyze local product/solution sell‑out, identify obstacles and propose improvement plans.
- Lead new product/solution pilot tests and collect product/solution requirements.
- Work with sales and partners on solution design, POC and value delivery for major SME projects. ...
