Job Description
The SME Product Manager - Lending Focused is primarily responsible for leading our digital loan products for MSME market, owning the full lifecycle — from strategy to execution to management, growth and optimization. This role requires a balance of technical fluency, product thinking, regulatory literacy and commercial acumen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Post‑graduate in related field is a plus)
- 8‑10 years experience in Philippine MSME lending
- 5 year experience in lending product creation & management
- 3 year experience in lending product tech/agile/scrum role
- Experience in partnership negotiation and marketing/GTMs a big plus
- Deep understanding of segment needs and behaviour
- Familiarity with Philippine MSME Banking regulatory compliance practices such as BSP notification, regulations, provisioning, data privacy, SBLAF, SFTG, etc.
