Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the acquisition and management of SME segment deposits, with a particular focus on investment products, to drive growth and enhance market positioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new SME accounts while strategically growing existing accounts to meet the growth targets set by management.
- Achieve targets/KPIs primarily for Non-Individual Deposits, followed by Individual Deposits (CASATIA & Non-CASATIA).
- Conduct competitive analysis on offerings and services, providing management with insights into market trends and best practices.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive business plan for Deposit Business, including acquiring new SME accounts and expanding the existing client base.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the State Deposit Manager (SDM) and HQ Sales Team, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
