For Estimator, SMP Estimator to provide accurate cost estimates for a growing project portfolio.
A Permanent Full Time position within an industry-leading company.
- Requires: Strong knowledge of estimating software and project specifications.
- Salary guide: $85,000 - $120,000 per annum.

Your normal day will involve:
- Reviewing project plans, blueprints, and specifications to define project scopes and requirements.
- Developing detailed cost estimates and budgets using specialized estimation software.
- Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and vendors to verify and update costs.
- Converting client inquiries into potential projects, following up, and building client relationships.
- Negotiating terms with suppliers and clients to align with project budgets.
