Job Description
- This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving SMT manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules, procedures and checklist for SMT FOL, EOL, & Offline machines.
- Determine optimal maintenance frequencies based on equipment type, usage, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs.
