Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the operation of production line equipment, ensuring stable performance and continuous production efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, as well as coordinate repair activities to minimize downtime.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve machine reliability and performance.
- Supervise, evaluate, and provide training to team members to enhance their technical skills and overall competency.

REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in SMT-related positions.
