Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a team of repair engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of electronic repair technicians and engineers. Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Develop, implement, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electronic issues (e.g., SMT, wave soldering, system integration).
