Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage all SMT department operations, including production planning, delivery schedule management, workforce supervision, quality control, equipment management, and material coordination.
- Conduct production capacity analysis (CAPA), identify root causes of operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and ensure production targets are achieved. Prepare and submit regular reports to expatriate management.
- Oversee employee performance management, conduct evaluations, and develop training programs to strengthen technical capabilities and improve overall team performance.
