**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled SMT/AOI Machine Operator to join our team in Richardson, Texas. The successful candidate will perform equipment set-up, operation, and adjustments with minimal supervision, ensuring optimal performance in electronic manufacturing processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment for products of varying difficulty.
+ Coordinate with team members to set up machines according to set-up sheets.
+ Operate AOI and SPI equipment, preferably Kohyoung, to detect defects such as soldering issues and misaligned components.
+ Provide programming and technical support for SMT process equipment used in PCBA manufacturing, including marking, solder paste printing, solder paste inspection, pick and place (Fuji preferred), and reflow oven.
+ Ensure board loader and feeders are continually kept loaded with the correct parts and prepare for the next ...
