Snackshop/Concession Attendant.
Starting pay $20.08/hr.
Primary work location in Holden Hall. Oversee and assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages in a snackshop, cafeteria, retail food courts, or concession event including set‑up/break down of operation, and closing of concession locations at spectator and special events. Oversee issuing, delivery, receiving, and verifying food and supply inventories. Assist supervisor in assigning and scheduling support employees. Perform and oversee support employees in the set‑up and/or break‑down for athletic and special concession event stands. Assist supervisor in maintaining food and supply inventories. Requisition, inspect, and verify food and supply deliveries. Oversee and assist in the proper handling and storage of food and supplies to ensure efficiency of operations and the elimination of waste and spoilage.
