What The Role Is You will be part of the Human Capital Management Directorate under the People & Organisation Group which focuses on developing people and organisational capabilities. As strategic partners to our Directorates and AGD officers, you will work closely with senior management to nurture an engaged and high-performing workforce that is motivated and passionate with transforming public sector finance.
What You Will Be Working On- Leadership Development
- Staff the review and enhancement of leadership development initiatives, incorporating 360‑degree feedback mechanisms, coaching, mentoring and milestone programmes to strengthen leadership competencies across the organisation
