Overview

Director: Business Systems, Data & Technology. Location: Pretoria, Gauteng (Hybrid). Industry: Medical Devices / HealthTech.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of internal tech systems, architecture, data assets, and business intelligence.
  • Guide the organization from basic reporting to advanced analytics; drive automation; set governance; build a single source of truth across systems and data.
  • Lead high-performing teams; set standards; align roadmaps with business needs; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Ops, and Engineering to shape scalable systems.
