Responsibilities
- Drive alignment and standardization across various fabs on Best-Know-Methods (BKMs).
- Develop metrics to measure the standardization, sustainability, scalability, and synchronization of the BKMs.
- Identify gaps in current programs and use SMART metrics to drive effectiveness and efficiency on program deliverables.
- Transform yield SEAL and SWATs to achieve FECOS missions, improving network resource/talent leverage.
- Implement organizational change management methods and tools to increase the speed of adoption and capture project or program return of investment.
- Exercise judgment and adapt accordingly to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the program.
- Constantly drive productivity and eliminate inefficiency/ineffectiveness through automation and AI solutions.
