Basic Functions
Provide lead on-site acceptance testing, commission, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintenance at customer site. Provide training, supervision and coaching to junior service engineers (internal and distributors) to enhance their technical competency. Responsible for driving continuous improvement in Aftermarket process. Investigate and handle customers’ complaints and product failures. Provide technical support and advice to distributors and end customers.
Responsibilities- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead or attend commissioning of System Project at customer site.
- Provide technical assistance on factory test of special projects.
- Investigate root causes of engine failures and recommend solutions.
- Provide after-sales technical support and site service to distributors and dealers in a timely manner.
