Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Director and the medical team as delegated.
- Principal Accountabilities
- Support to the Medical Services Division
- Provide administrative support to the medical service division and various teams.
- Organise and provide secretarial support for all internal and external meetings.
- Collation of statistics for various reporting.
- Organise/support divisional or departmental activities or organization events, when required.
- Develop and maintain operational manuals and files related to the medical department and ensure that information contained therein is regularly updated.
- Assist the Medical Director and the medical teams in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in the event such plans need to be activated.
