Job Description
. Review existing policies, cost/benefit analysis on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure and processes.
. Design, develop and implement C&B programmes through strong engagement of key stakeholders.
. Collaborate with HR business partners, HR shared services (Business Solution Centre, BSC based in KL) and JSG C&B to ensure consistent implementation
. Coordinate with BSC on monthly final payroll checking while BSC is responsible for monthly payroll with external payroll vendor Prosoft
. Responsible for HR Policies (Employee Handbook) review, update and communication to employees, bi-annually where applicable.
. Lead the annual Company insurance renewal with broker
. Evaluate, manage third party vendors responsible for providing data or services for benefits programmes, ensuring contract obligations are met e.g. MHC vendor
