Job Description
Financial Operations : Handle accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Project Cost Control : Monitor expenses, track budgets, and ensure cost efficiency across construction projects.
Payroll & Subcontractor Payments : Process staff salaries, subcontractor invoices, and petty cash claims.
Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly closing reports, cash flow statements, and management accounts.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to Singapore’s accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, auditors, and internal teams for payment arrangements and reporting.
