Job Description
What You’ll Drive
Design & Engineering
- Perform HVAC load calculations, system sizing and technical documentation.
- Review consultant design drawings and perform peer reviews with compliance reporting.
- Lead design and technical meetings with consultants, clients and authorities.
- Supervise design deliverables during execution ensuring accurate shop drawings.
- Integrate BMS requirements into HVAC design (control strategies, points, schedule, schematics).
- Incorporate sustainability requirements (LEED, Estidama, energy‑efficiency standards) into HVAC design and equipment selection.
- Execute value engineering studies to optimize cost performance and energy efficiency.
Coordination
- Coordinate HVAC systems with other MEP and civil disciplines.
- Lead BIM coordination sessions, resolve clashes, and ensure proper system integration.
