Senior Private Sector Partnerships Individual Giving Associate
Position within the Private Sector Partnerships Service (PSP) of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). This role supports the Private Sector Fundraising Strategy with a focus on Individual Giving (IG) and Private Sector Partnerships, mobilising resources to protect and assist refugees.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual plans for acquisition, donor retention and development programmes, including forecasts of costs, income projections and donor figures.
- Manage and improve donor servicing and communications to provide best‑in‑class donor care, overseeing welcome, thank‑you letters, newsletters and both inbound and outbound donor emails and calls.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to develop contact strategies and donor journeys for database segments using telemarketing, digital and mail channels.
