Job responsibilities
- Coordinating, organising and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings;
- Submit & update status of drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress;
- Supervise architectural works, and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards;
- Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors.
- Ensure approvals for submitted materials and shop drawings.
- Liaise with sub-contractors on works schedule and ensure works are completed in line with overall schedule and quality.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience in building or construction projects
- Good knowledge in architectural coordination works
