Job Description
We’re looking for a brand and social media manager to maintain our luxury jewellery brand’s digital presence across Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other platforms, and to support our live events and exhibitions.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media content and maintain a cohesive aesthetic across all platforms.
- Create high‑quality jewellery posts and media for Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other channels.
- Engage with the community by monitoring DMs and comments, driving sales leads and nurturing those leads through professional follow‑up calls.
- Assist in the end‑to‑end set‑up, organization, and coordination of major jewellery exhibitions.
- Engage visitors on‑site to drive immediate sales, support booth management, track inventory, and keep displays presentable.
