Social Media Associate (Contract to October)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Social Media Associate to join our Communications and Digital Strategy team. The role supports our brand presence across digital channels, monitoring social conversations, managing community inboxes, and ensuring customers across our brand portfolio receive timely attention.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Support
- Track and log customer complaints, ensuring accurate recording and timely follow‑up.
- Support ongoing case management, coordinating internally and communicating with customers through to resolution.
- Surface patterns and escalations to appropriate team members as needed.
Social Media Monitoring & Community Management
- Monitor brand mentions and conversations daily using Meltwater, focusing on Reddit and Instagram.
