Key responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish platform-native content including short‑form video, statics, carousels, and stories.
- Adapt filming and editing style to suit each platform’s pacing, subtitles, aspect ratios, and audio.
- Support campaign rollouts, service launches, and brand moments with relevant content.
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all outputs.
- Assist with content calendar execution, publishing prep (captions, alt‑text, tagging, QA), and asset organisation.
- Spot emerging trends and formats, bringing brand‑safe, adaptable content ideas.
- Provide basic community support and flag issues to the manager.
- Monitor content performance and apply learnings to optimise future posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creators; support on shoots and events as needed.
