Job Description

Title: Social Media Coordinator

Type: Contract (~12 months; strong likelihood of extension)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)

Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (mandatory alignment)

Conversion: Possible if local & open to 5-day in-office (not guaranteed)

Pay Rate: $30/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities


  • Execute social strategies defined by leadership (Ellie)

  • Manage publishing across:

    • LinkedIn (primary channel)

    • YouTube, X, Instagram (secondary)



  • Use social publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr or similar)

  • Coordinate campaigns, timelines, and asset creation

  • Manage workflows via Asana (or similar tools)

  • Partner with:

    • Design

    • Video

    • Copy / Content
