Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Festival Operations, and also working alongside the Executive Director & Marketing Coordinator, this position coordinates the Festival's various social media and event components. This coordinator is willing to learn about event social media & marketing and is passionate about event planning and coordination.
Position Summary
- Plan, organize budget and implement marketing strategies and event programming.
- Coordinate various activities related to social media content creation for 2026. And coordinating creation of content for future use.
- Coordinate the design of all onsite festival signage, order signage and inventory when receiving signage.
- Lead on-site logistics (including setup, operation & teardown) of the VIP Patios, Food Bike Tours and all festival signage during the Taste of Edmonton.
