Overview
Working with the (Senior) Content Manager for APAC and regional business partners, to create and implement social media campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs. Developing and curating content that is engaging and aligned to our social strategy. Overseeing social media presence, including profile optimization and maintenance. Working with designers, videographers, and other creatives to develop multimedia content for social media platforms to engage the target audience. Managing our daily social media activity across organic and paid (with the Media team). Monitoring, triaging and responding to comments, messages, and reviews, and fostering online communities. Managing a social media content calendar and scheduling content around key campaigns and tentpole dates accordingly. Scheduling posts across multiple social or messaging platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, WeChat) based on business priorities, trends and available content. Reporting on co...
