Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing campaign strategies across TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and emerging platforms.
- Advising clients on campaign strategies and recommendations to drive real business results.
- Write scroll‑stopping captions, creative scripts, and stories that feel human.
- Represent the team voice during key campaign briefings and pitch presentations.
- Evaluating and optimizing campaign performance.
- Managing and growing key brand accounts.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
- Experience running TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and Google Ads is a must; LinkedIn Ads are a bonus.
- Can craft compelling copy and build high‑converting landing pages.
- Strong analytical skills – able to understand what the numbers say and what to do next.
