Responsibilities
- Manage on Instagram, including content creation, posting, and engagement strategies to enhance the brand's image and attract top talent.
- Serve as the host and talent for marketing needs, including video content and live streams, to effectively communicate the brand's message and engage with the audience.
- Curate and create content for the beauty community, ensuring it aligns with brand plan and resonates with the target audience's interests and preferences.
- Support the Owned Media team in ad hoc projects, such as photoshoots, KOL collaboration, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Comfortable in front of the camera and becoming a talent for social media content.
