Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned to each client’s goals and brand identity, ensuring every content piece has a clear purpose (awareness, trust-building, conversion)
- Build monthly content calendars that are platform-native and performance-led, turning business objectives into content pillars, series ideas, and recurring formats
- Own day-to-day account management for assigned clients, including keeping timelines on track, managing feedback cycles, and ensuring content is delivered with consistency and quality
- Support client success through proactive communication, updates, and recommendations to improve performance and strengthen brand positioning
- Lead the coordination and execution of social campaigns, including UGC and influencer collaborations, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and campaign intent are clear
