Job Responsibilities
- Posting, monitoring, and responding across all designated social media channels.
- Developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive social media content calendar.
- Using tools like Sprout Social for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Analyzing and reporting on social media analytics (KPIs, metrics) to measure performance and inform strategy.
- Partnering closely with the Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams to source, create, and adapt content.
- Managing and running the employee advocacy program to boost employee engagement and reach on social media.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices, particularly on LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, Threads.
