JOB SUMMARY
The Social Media Manager is responsible for leading the digital presence and social media strategy of Framework’s brand portfolio. The role creates engaging, culturally relevant, and platform-driven content that strengthens brand identity, grows audience engagement, and keeps the brands relevant across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple brands
- Create engaging content and compelling copy for digital platforms
- Manage brand communities and audience engagement
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance insights
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams on campaigns and content execution
- Ensure all digital communications remain aligned with brand identity and standards
- Explore AI tools and emerging trends to improve content and workflow efficiency
