This role is for someone who understands aesthetics, keeps up with trends, and is curious about how thoughtful content and paid ads work together to drive a brand forward. Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Support content planning across Instagram and TikTok in line with brand campaigns Write captions that reflect Made to Bloom's tone - soft, refined, and intentional Assist in ideation of content concepts, including reels, UGC, and storytelling formats Stay updated on trends and translate them into brand-relevant content Support on shoot days (product, lifestyle, or campaign shoots) Engage with the community through comments and DMs Paid Ads (Meta & TikTok) Assist in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns Support testing of creatives, hooks, and copy variations Conduct competitor and trend research for ad inspiratio...
