Key Responsibilities of Social Media Paid Ads Specialist:
The role involves planning and optimizing Meta ads, creating compelling ad copies, analyzing campaign performance and collaborating with the team to achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- At least 2+ years of hands‑on experience running META and TikTok campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, pixel tracking, audiences, and A/B testing
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or brand awareness campaigns
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
Work Location: Mandaluyong City
Work arrangement: Will transition to a hybrid model following the successful completion of a six‑month probationary period
