Job Description
As our Head of Content & Marketing, you will be the creative engine and strategic mastermind behind our brand. You will own the entire marketing funnel—from conceptualizing high-level brand campaigns (like our energetic Chinese New Year promos) to getting your hands dirty shooting reels and designing ad creatives. You are a storyteller, a data-driven marketer, and a massive pet lover all rolled into one.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing calendar (Social Media, Email, Website, In-Store).
Act as the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring consistency in our tone of voice, visual aesthetics (championing our vibrant color palettes!), and brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Plan and lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
