- Manage and oversee Hiessences social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) and community management.
- Create engaging, visually compelling content that highlights smart aroma diffusers, essential oils, and lifestyle benefits (relaxation, productivity, wellness)
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
- Develop and create content theme that aligned and related to the brand
- Build brand storytelling around wellness, ambiance, and smart home experiences
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams for integrated campaigns and product promotions
