- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Associates
- Oversee daily content production for social media and digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with E-commerce, Content Production, and Art Direction teams on campaign planning and execution
- Review, approve, and optimize creative assets using performance data and insights
