Job SummarySupport inpatient operations by conducting social and financial assessments, facilitating patient admissions and transfers, and coordinating care services to ensure smooth patient transitions and optimal bed utilisation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct social and financial assessments for inpatient referrals
- Provide financial counselling to patients and their families
- Prepare assessment recommendations to support patient care planning
- Support bed allocation and bed management activities
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient admissions and transfers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Support departmental projects and administrative duties as assigned
