Years of Experience: 2 year(s) [Note: 2 post medical Social Work]

CARDIOLOGY EXP REQUIRED

LCSWs (in California) with 1 year minimum of experience Traveling (this is a must); ideally in an academic medical hospital in the last 1-5 years; specialties should include Medicine Team, Surgery, Transplant, NICU and ED

Certifications: LCSW CA, Masters Social Work, MAB

Willing to work weekends/evenings
