Pay Rate: £ 27.50/per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking a Social Worker to join the Child Protection Team of our client based in Gateshead.
Responsibilities :
Deliver direct social work services to children and families in need of care and support.Respond to safeguarding concerns in line with the Wales Safeguarding Procedures.Conduct safeguarding investigations and complete risk assessments.Develop outcome-focused care and protection plans tailored to individual needs.Work in partnership with families, carers, and other professionals to safeguard children.Ensure statutory timescales for assessments and reviews are met.Contribute to multi-agency meetings, including strategy discussions and child protection conferences.Prepare and present reports for le...
