Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Job Responsibilities
Provide professional social work support to children and families in line with Portsmouth City Council policies.
Assess and manage safeguarding risks, ensuring children’s welfare is prioritised.
Develop care plans, monitor progress, and review outcomes with service users and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and case files in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
