What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide regular supervision and support to foster carers, ensuring they meet the needs of the children in their care. You will conduct assessments of potential foster carers and participate in the approval process. Additionally, you will organise and deliver training sessions for foster carers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Managing a caseload of foster families, you will ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will conduct regular home visits to monitor the well-being of children and provide guidance to foster carers.
