Liquid Personnel is recruiting an AdultsSocial Worker to join its client’s Learning Disabilities team based in Blackpool.


What will your responsibilities be?


In this role, you will,

  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their needs and goals are met.

  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to coordinate support and safeguard wellbeing.

  • Maintain accurate case records, manage caseloads effectively, and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and safeguarding protocols.
