Summary This Social Worker serves at the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care | Veterans Affairs. The incumbent is part of an interdisciplinary team that works in a specialty medical area providing services to Veterans with complex health and mental health needs. Services include provision of high-quality case management, clinical treatment, advocacy, and coordination of care to other appropriate VA or community service providers and/or agencies as needed by the Veteran.
