A skilled nursing, long term care facility located near Willingboro, NJ is seeking a strong Social Worker.
Responsibilities:
Plans and directs a comprehensive social services program which provides support services for residents and families. Responsible for coordinating all admissions and discharges to ensure facility census is kept at its maximum capacity. Participates in an interdisciplinary team approach to better serve the needs of the facility population.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Must have a CSW or LSW within the State of NJ Must have previous experience as a Social Worker Must have nursing home experience STC and LTC experience strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills
