Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Social Worker with post ASYE experience in the South Young People's Team. Our team consists of Senior Practitioners, Social Workers and Social Work Assistants and you will work closely with our colleagues in Disabled Children's Social Work Teams and other key agencies, such as Health, Education and the voluntary sector.
Kent County Council offers a hybrid working model with a combination of home and office working. The contractual base is The Rainbow Centre, Ashford. The team covers a large geographical area and there would be an expectation that you are able to work flexibly across the whole area covered by the team.
You will be working with disabled young people aged between 18 and 25 supporting them to progress towards independence. The role within our team will enable you to gain further experience in a wide range of work including Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessm...
