in need and we are looking for candidates who are
passionate about supporting women with unplanned pregnancies. About the Role:
Interview and assess potential and existing clients: to provide counselling to women-in-pregnancy crisis and their families, to formulate personalised service and care plans, to prepare case reports, to provide information & referral to external relevant agencies for appropriate services. to provide and coordinate support services for aLife's clients. to monitor, follow up and review care/case plans and provide recommendations to modify care/case plans where necessary. to liaise with clients, clients' families, volunteers and external agencies. to assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes, events and activities. to upkeep clients' documents, case/counselling notes and individual case files.
