About the Role
Join Connect Plus Services as a Soft Estate Level 2 Operative, supervising the delivery of safe, efficient soft estate maintenance across the M25 DBFO Network. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for vegetation management, hazard clearance, network maintenance and associated activities, ensuring the motorway network remains safe, accessible and compliant.
As a Level 2 operative, you will oversee daily operations, manage people, coordinate resources and support operational planning to maintain the highest standards of safety and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will supervise routine soft estate maintenance activities, including grass cutting, heavy vegetation clearance, arboriculture works, ditch clearance and weed spraying, as well as the maintenance and clearance of signs.
