Role Overview:
We are hiring a Technical Product Lead to own the technical architecture of our HR tech offering and lead the engineering side of our product as it grows from MVP to production. You will be part of the core team, working closely with the founder, the engineering team, and HR domain experts to shape what we build, how we build it, and how we scale it.
Responsibilities:
Technical architecture and engineering leadership
- Own the technical architecture and roadmap of the platform across frontend, backend, data, and integration layers
- Lead design decisions on multi-tenancy, scalability, performance, hosting, and data residency
- Set engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, and documentation, and guide the team in applying them
- Review pull requests, weigh in on architecture trade-offs, and unblock the team on technical decisions
